Dr. Mohsen Bassily has been practicing dentistry since 1977. After completing dental school in Cairo, Egypt, he continued his dental training at the University of Toronto. With over four decades of experience, Dr. Bassily has been delivering comprehensive care in general, restorative, and preventive dentistry to patients of all ages. Known for his gentle approach and skilled touch, Dr. Bassily is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels comfortable and well-cared for. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Bassily enjoys traveling, watching movies, and spending quality time with his family. His passion for learning, paired with his commitment to patient care, makes him a trusted and compassionate healthcare leader in the community.

Dr. Karim Bassily graduated in 2017 from NYU College of Dentistry and completed his residency at Loyola Hospital in Chicago. He works internationally in both Toronto and New York City where he is a faculty member at NYU’s dental school. Dr. Karim enjoys teaching and providing all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry including fillings, root canals, oral surgery, crowns, and veneers. He is also a certified Invisalign provider. Dr. Karim’s relaxed and enthusiastic demeanor coupled with his gentle touch puts even the most apprehensive patients at ease. He is always happy to answer any of your questions and explain all procedures. While in his care, you will find a hardworking and passionate dentist who truly loves what he does. When Dr. Karim is not practicing dentistry, you can find him on the soccer field, basketball court, or beach playing volleyball. He also loves traveling and watching Broadway shows. There is always laughter coming from Dr. Karim’s operatory and intense discussions about the latest Netflix show or sports game!

Dr. Khalid AlNassar graduated from Ajman University in the United Arab Emirates and has been practicing dentistry with passion and dedication ever since. A member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons, the Canadian Dental Association, and the Ontario Dental Association since 2018, Dr. AlNassar is committed to staying at the forefront of his field. He takes pride in helping patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles and approaches each case with confidence and a focus on personalized care. Outside of his work, Dr. AlNassar enjoys spending quality time with his family, swimming, and reading. These activities help him maintain a balanced lifestyle and bring a sense of joy and relaxation to his busy schedule. Michelle Abbott is a skilled denturist who graduated from George Brown College in 1998 and brings over two decades of expertise to Dr. Bassily Family Dentistry. Specializing in complete and partial dentures, relines, repairs, and implant-supported overdentures, Michelle is passionate about creating comfortable, customized solutions for each patient. She loves that every case is unique, allowing her to approach each smile with a fresh perspective and tailor her work to each individual’s needs.
